This appointment was just as good if not better with him having quick insightful suggestions to get the fit right. I have had only a couple of rides after that but have not issues with my toes at all.
On both occasions I felt he went above and beyond than what I had gotten at any other store or came to expect in terms of time, advice and equipment. Rather than trying to sell me expensive replacements or equipment he was always very practical and in fact helped me not give in to my impulse buying decisions and only what I needed.

Over the course of about 35 minutes, Torr helped resolve the following issues I was having:
* Painful bottom and loss of blood flow to the jewels: Measured me using ass-o-meter and replaced saddle
* Tension in neck, shoulders and upper arms: Counter intuitively actually removed a spacer in the head tube which seemed to completely eli

* Medial knee pain in both knees (overuse PTFS): Suggested Specialized insoles that stabilize the ankle.
I took the bike out the day afterwards and the bike felt completely different and way better suited for long rides.
I strongly strongly strongly recommend that everyone with discomfort (or even if you don't) go see Torr for a bike fit. In hindsight, I would have paid to see Torr even if the basic fit was not offered.

Came here today to get a bike fit and let me tell you how I feel, I FEEL GREAT! Torr went ahead and assisted me with my types of issues I was feeling. I had right hand numbness, sit bone soreness, palm soreness and also knee soreness. He made adjustments to make me feel comfortable on my road bike and completed my 10mile trek today

When I finally had the fitting with Torr, he meticulously measured and adjusted pretty much every part of the bike, including replacing the stem and seat. The guy is a perfectionist and leaves no stone unturned. My upper back and butt pain are gone. Life changing.
